Another year has come and gone . . .
Welcome to our family news for 2009--a year of great
changes for us, some good and others of loss. As we start 2010, our
prayer for you, as well as for our family, is one of hope for an
outstanding
year.
We have the pleasure of seeing the musical, Noah, at the
Sight and Sound Theater in Branson, Missouri, when we went down
for Alex's 13th birthday. The musical was great but the company
was even better.

Here are some pictures from a hike in July. We seldom share
pictures of the beautiful part of the country where we live. The
La Crosse part of Wisconsin is truly a lovely place to
live--except maybe in January when temps this year dropped to
-26 degrees! Chilly. They even closed school for 2 days--too
cold to leave the house.Happy holidays to all of you and a
